Public Broadcasting Services Limited received a total of 54 entries for the Malta Junior Euro Song 2010. The winner will represent Malta in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010 to be held in Minsk, Belarus on the 20th November 2010.

A panel of six judges will select 20 songs to compete in the final of the Malta Junior Eurosong 2010 to be held on the 4th of September and televised live on TVM.

The winning song will be chosen by a panel of seven judges including televoting. The seventh judge on the panel will be represented by the votes obtained through televoting. The jury has an approx. 86% say in the result, and televoting 14%. The members of the Jury on the final night will be different from those of the eliminatory phase.
