Armenia: Participation in Copenhagen confirmed

Armenia will take part in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. Sources from the countries national broadcaster have confirmed that Armenia will be present in Copenhagen.

Armenia debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 and it was one of only three countries that had always placed in the top ten since the introduction of the semi-finals. This record was broken at the 2011 contest, when Emmy and the song Boom Boom failed to qualify from the first semi-final by only one point. They withdrew from the contest in 2012 but returned one year later in Malmö.

Today, friday the 22nd of november, is the last that countries can apply for participation in Eurovision 2014. We expect more news from Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia as soon as possible.
