Azerbaijan: Finalists determined

Five finalists of the Azerbaijani preselection for Eurovision 2012 has been determined for the upcoming final. After the national selection process aired each week since November 28 2011, and over the 8 heats, these are the lucky qualifiers for the final;

Sabina Babayeva
Elton Ibrahimov
Faqan Safarov
Arzu Ismayilova

The final will be held next Sunday, February 12th at the Heydar Aliyev Palace in Baku. The participants will most likely sing covers in the final, with the song to be selected later in March.

A number of guests will be invited for the final including Maltese representative Kurt Calleja, who was selected by his country last night. Stay tuned for more announcements regarding the Azerbaijani National Final in the following days.
