This week, phase two of Azerbaijan’s national selection ‘Milli Seçim Turu’ will begin. From the 119 candidates, a total of three groups will be formed and one group per day will audition on the following dates; November 3rd, 5th and 7th 2011 at the Public TV Station.

The head of the public relations and monitoring department at the Public Television and Radio Company Tahir Mammadov said “the hearings of 119 participants will be held in Public TV station from the 3rd to 7th of November”.

A jury will asses the performers on their vocals, stage skills and other criteria. Each participant can perform a maximum of two songs each. The lucky performers to qualify to the next stage will make it to the major round of the National Selection – the final! The winner(s) will be determined by split jury and televote.
