Australia: No permanent participation in the contest yet

Australia will get to take part at the Eurovision Song Contest for the third time in a row in 2017, but a permanent member status in the contest has not been granted yet. Executive Producer Jon Ola Sand has said that Australia received another “one time-pass” for the contest in Kiev.
