The Greek representative in Baku, Eleftheria Eleftheriou, has premiered her new single called “Hearts collide” on the Greek radio station; Star FM 97.1, this morning.

As the 33rd Greek Eurovision representative, Eleftheria performed “Aphrodisiac” at the 57th Eurovision Song Contest in Baku this year. Thanks to televoting, Eleftheria finished 9th in the final with 89 points. However, the jury wasn’t impressed with her performance and put her on position number 18 with 60 points, leaving Eleftheria and Greece at number 17 with 64 points combined, and out of top 10 for the first time since 2003.

In the semifinal, she impressed both the audience and the jury; the audience put her on position number 5 with 110 points, while the jury seemed to like her a bit more as they placed her on position number 3 with 103 points. Combining both results, Eleftheria finished fourth in the semifinal with 116 points.

Most recently Eleftheria performed at the Mad Video Music Awards in Greece alongside Romanian group Lucky Man Project. Currently she is embarking on the ‘Apr♥disiac tour’ in Greece and the star will head to Sweden for a concert on August 3rd.
