Iceland: Results of Semi-final three!

“Söngvakeppni Sjónvarpsins” Semi-final three was held tonight in Iceland. Two songs from tonight’s semi-final qualified to the final, due to take place on February 11th.

These qualifiers were decided by jury and televoting, each having a 50% stake in the result. The songs that advance to the final can be seen in bold:

1. Herbert Guðmundsson – Eilíf ást (Eternal love)
2. Magni Ásgeirsson – Hugarró (Peace of mind)
3. Greta Salóme, Heiða & Guðrún Árný – Aldrei sleppir mér (Never let me go)
4. Svenni Þór – Augun þín (Your Eyes)
5. Íris Lind Verudóttir – Aldrei segja aldrei (Never say never)

A wildcard was also announced from the nine songs which originally didn’t make it first time around. Stund Með þér, which was performed in semi two by Rósa Birgitta Ísfeld, will also compete in the final.
