Tonight in Russia, less than 24 hours after the final of adult Eurovision ended, the national final for Russia in the Junior Eurovision song Contest took place. After 20 songs and two interval acts, the winner was found. Sasha Lazin and Liza Drozd from Krasnoyarsk in central Russia will represent the country with the song “Boy and Girl”. The duo are from the popular musical centre “Magic Microphone”, whose members have tried previously to get to Junior Eurovision. The duo won with 11% of the total result, which was decided from 75% televoting, 25% jury. You can watch the video of the song below:
