Selectia Nationala 2012 rules were published today by the Romanian National broadcaster TVR.

The submission period kicked off today and closes later this month on February 23rd. After the submission period closes, a TVR appointed jury will then select between 12 and 17 songs to qualify for the March 10th final. The final will take place as usual in the Romanian capital Bucharest.

Additionally, TVR has pubished a wishlist with the artists that would like to see in Selectia Nationala 2012. The list consists of former familiar Romanian Eurovision names such as Natalia Barbu, Hotel FM and Elena Gheorghe.
