The Spanish representative at Eurovision 2012, Pastora Soler, has announced she is going to release a brand new album in 2013. The album will be written with the help of one of the composers of her Eurovision entry “Quédate Conmigo”, Tony Sánchez-Ohlsson.
Sánchez-Ohlsson confirmed that the album will be recorded in several European cities including Milan, Madrid and Stockholm. The writting of the album will begin in the next few days. This is the 10th album of Soler, who is current one of the most famous artists in Spain. Her latest album was a special Eurovision reissue of her CD “Una Mujer Como Yo”, which included the three finalist songs of the Spanish National final.
The announcement takes place after Soler came first in the OGAE Second Chance Contest, with the runner-up song at the Spanish preselection “Tu Vida es tu Vida”.
Pastora Soler represented Spain at Eurovision 2012 with the song “Quédate Conmigo” and came 10th, the best Spanish placing since 2004.
