Radiotelevisione Svizzera (RSI) held their regional heat for the Swiss national final last night at the Living Room in Lugano, where they selected their two representatives in the December 15th national final.

From a total of seven finalists, Chiara Dubey (who came 3rd in last year’s Swiss national final) qualified via televote with her entry ‘Bella Sera‘. Ally, the jury’s choice, qualified to the final with her entry ‘Catch Me‘. Also taking part in the show was last year’s representatives in Baku, Sinplus, who performed an acoustic version of their song ‘Turn on the light’;

Seven more finalists are left to be announced, with four being chosen by Schweizer Fernsehen (SF) and the 3 remaining selected by Radio Télévision Suisse (RTS). Therefore, a total of 9 acts will participate in the final to be held on December 15th. The winner, will of course represent Switzerland next May in Malmö, Sweden.
