Ukrainian broadcaster NTU has announced additional details regarding the Ukrainian selection for Eurovision 2012. After disclosing that submissions end on January 23rd, the broadcaster has announced that on January 25th auditions will begin where a jury will choose the top 19 to reach the Ukrainian national final.

As we reported earlier, the Ukrainian national final will have 21 participants. 19 will be chosen by the broadcaster’s jury from the songs submitted with them. The other two entries will be by winner of the programme “Show #1″, Nerealnye patsany and one selected by viewers of Ukrainian website Say.TV.

The Ukrainian national final is scheduled to take place next month, on February 18th, where the winner will be selected via a 50/50 split between the jury vote and audience vote.
