Due to contingencies during the renovation of the Eurovision 2014 venue in the Refshaleøen the organisation of this years contest have been faced with additional costs of 13 million Danish Krone. The Capital Region and the City of Copenhagen is responsible for the preparation of the B & W Hallerne and the additional costs.
It is confirmed that Copenhagen has indeed allocated 13 mln DKK extra for unforeseen expenses for the event.
