Conchita Wurst has been internally chosen to represent Austria in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen. Conchita Wurst, whose real name is Tom Neuwirth, has already participated in the 2012 national final, where he came second. The song is yet to be chosen.
While the last three representatives of Austria in the Eurovision Song Contest have all been selected in a public national final, ORF have opted for an internal selection procedure for 2014.
Austria is the third country to select their artist for Eurovision 2014, after San Marino and FYR Macedonia.
