Broadcaster GPD will use the talent show Georgian Idol to pick their singer to represent Georgia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019. The winner of the talent show will be the singer for Tel Aviv 2019.
The 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place on Sunday 25th November in the Minsk Arena in Belarus.

Six finalists competed on Saturday night for representing Iceland in Lisbon. However, as a result of 50/50 combination of international jury voting and TV Voting, Dagur Sigurðarson and Ari Ólafsson made it to the Superfinal where the final say was for televoting only.
Söngvakeppnin 2018 has been won by Ari Ólafsson and the song ‘Our choice’. It is the Icelandic entry at Eurovision 2018.
The Armenian preselection show Depi Evratesil has been won by Sevak Khangayan and the song Qami. After two semi finals and one grand final on Sunday, Sevak has gained the Armenian ticket for Eurovision 2018.
Tonight, Armenia will find their act for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018. In the grand final of Depi Evratesil, ten artists will fight for the golden ticket to Lisbon.
Hasmik Shiroyan with her song “You and I” is among the last five qualifying acts of Depi Evratesil 2018. She also took part in the Armenian Eurovision preselection in 2017.
In the last few days the semi finals of Depi Evratesil took place in Armenia where 10 artists out of 20 advanced to the final with 5 finalists from each semifinal. Our reporter Ani Shahoyan will now look ahead to that final on Sunday!
