Norway: Subwoolfer Wins Melodi Grand Prix

Melodi Grand Prix is complete, with Norway electing their next Eurovision entrant. Subwoolfer will perform ‘Give That Wolf a Banana’ in Turin.
After recently participating at the Sanremo Song Festival, Achille Lauro will now represent San Marino at Eurovision this year. The Italian singer won the Sammarinese Eurovision selection, Una Voce Per San Marino with the song ‘Stripper’.
The Croatian national selection is complete, with Mia Dimšić chosen to fly the Croatian flag at Eurovision this year.
EMA is now complete, with the act heading to Eurovision in Turin decided. The show was hosted by Melani Mekicar and Bojan Cvjetićanin and held in the Gospodarsko razstavišče in Ljubljana.
French broadcaster France 2 unveiled the songs in the running to represent the nation at Eurovision this year. A total of 12 acts will compete in the national final, C’est Vous Qui Décidez.
Latvia’s Eurovision selection Supernova is now complete, with the winner decided. A total of 11 acts competed, including a number of former Eurovision artists.
Eesti Laul is now complete, with the next Estonian Eurovision representative decided. The voting took place over two rounds, with Stefan winning the ticket to Turin.
The Lithuanian national selection is complete, with Monika Liu winning the ticket to Eurovision. A total of 8 acts competed, with voting split between jury and televoting.
Ten artists are still in the running to represent Romania at Eurovision this year, with the semi-final of Selecţia Naţională complete.
The eight entries in the running to represent Denmark are now out, with Dansk Melodi Grand Prix to take place on March 5th. Tina Müller and Martin Brygmann will host the show which will take place in Herning.
