Nikita Vladimirovich Alekseev was born on 18th May 1993 in Kiev, Ukraine. The singer rose to fame after he took part in The Voice of Ukraine in 2014, where he finished as a semi-finalist. Afterwards, with the help of Ani Lorak, he shot the music video for his debut single “Everything is in Time”, and later appeared on the show Voice Of The Country: Reload, where he covered Iryna Bilyk’s “I’m Drowning”.
In February, it was decided that Alekseev would represent Belarus at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest after he won the Belarusian national final. Belarus takes part in the first half of the first semi final on the 8th of May 2018.
