
Blåsemafian feat. Hazel have qualified for the final of Melodi Grand Prix in Norway. They took the ticket for the final with the song ‘Let Loose’.
Six candidates already received an automatic ticket for the final on the 20th of February. The group KEiiNO is one of them, with the song ‘Monument’. The televote winners of 2019, who finished in 6th place at Eurovision with ‘Spirit in the sky’ gave the first live performance of their next Eurovision song during the first semi final.
Apart from Blåsemafian there were three other candidates who took a shot at qualification tonight. They were Beady Belle (“Playing with Fire”), Jorn (“Faith Bloody Faith”) and Stina Talling (“Elevate”). The latter lost the final battle to Blåsemafian. The three acts that failed to qualify to the final will go through a second chance round which will take place on the 14th of February, with the Grand Final to take place on the 20th of February.
