For the first time since the 70’s, Belgium has scored three top 10 results at the Eurovision Song Contest in a row. Both the Flemish and the Walloon broadcasters have found a solid base to book results in the contest, it seems.

Belgium will take part in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with an internally selected candidate. Flemish broadcaster VRT has confirmed this news to ESCDaily’s partner website Songfestival.be.

The song from Belgium for the Eurovision Song Contest has been leaked online, one day before the official presentation. Blanche will perform ‘City Lights’ in Kiev, and you can check out the song here.

This week it was announced that the 16-year old Blanche, real name Ellie Delvaux, will represent Belgium in Kiev at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017. Now, she spoke to local media with much enthusiasm.
