Two former winners of The Voice of Germany will compete with four other young talents for Germany’s Eurovision ticket. The national final “Unser Lied für Lissabon” will have six candidates, whose search for a song starts now.
Levina will sing for Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kiev. The Germans held their national final, Unser Song this Wednesday evening. After continuous singing, Levina emerged as the winner with the song Perfect Life.

The national final in Germany will feature two songs, called “Wildfire” and “Perfect Life”. The chosen five young talents will perform both songs during four rounds to select who will sing the German entry in Kiev.
One artist withdrew from the German national final due to personal reasons. He has already been replaced by broadcaster ARD.

Germany has revealed details about their selection process for Eurovision 2017, “Unser Song 2017”. Broadcaster NDR is searching for the best five young talents from across Germany as part of their selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest 2017.

Germany will not go for an internal selection next year, as was originally the case this year with Xavier Naidoo. Thomas Schreiber, the German Head of Delegation, has confirmed to ESCDaily.com that they will stick to a preselection process like they eventually had.
