One person with the Icelandic delegation has tested positive during the scheduled routine Covid-19 testing procedures. The EBU confirms this news, however has not confirmed which member of the delegation tested positive.

The jury in Poland had selected Albert Černy as the third qualifier for their national final. Albert Černy is known as the lead singer from the group Lake Malawi, who represented the Czech Republic at Eurovision in 2019 with the song, Friend of a Friend.
Alicja Szemplinska has won the second semi-final of Szansa na Sukces in Poland. She did so by singing a cover of Poland’s most successful Eurovision song, Edyta Gorniak’s “To Nie Ja”.
The Polish national selection, Szansa Na Sukces has begun, with the first seven entrants participating in the hopes of achieving just one qualifying position to the final.
