Miki Nunez from Spain displayed strong fitness today. Despite dancing and running around a lot in his first Eurovision rehearsal, his vocals remained in tact. “I did a lot of cardio in the last few months to improve my fitness.”
Miki won the Spanish special Eurovision Gala of Operación Triunfo and will perform the song ‘La Venda’ at the Grand Final on the 18th of May in Israel. The singer was victorious with 34% of the votes.

Spain knows its 10 finalists for their national final for Eurovision 2019. In January, the Operación Triunfo Eurovision Gala will be held to select the Spanish song for Tel Aviv.
RTVE has announced the 18 artists that will take part in Operación Triunfo, the talent show that will give us the Spanish act for the Eurovision Song Contest 2019. The participating artists are between 18 and 25 years old.

The 2018 Spanish national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 will be held tonight, with a total of 9 songs battling for the ticket to Lisbon. In this liveblog, we will keep you up to date on everything that is happening in Spain.
The Spanish final of Operación Triunfo, which will be held on Monday the 29th of January, will showcase nine songs and six candidates. One of the songs that is in the running is a group song by the OT-finalists of 2018, called ‘Camina’.
Operación Triunfo, the Spanish talent show, will function as Spain’s selection method for Eurovision 2018. The final date and format details are yet to be announced.
