After a very chaotic national final, Manel was the winner of Objetivo Eurovision because of a jury decision. According to Brandon McCann, for many Spanish fans, the artist that tied with him, Mirela, was the actual winner for Spain.
Manel Navarro will sing for Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kiev. He was victorious in the preselection Objetivo Eurovisión this Saturday with the song “Do it for your lover”.
RTVE will broadcast the Spanish national final to select the 57th Spanish entry in the Eurovision Song Contest. Six entrants will compete including fan-favourites LaKlein and Mirela to represent Spain in Kyiv.

Spanish broadcaster RTVE has just announced the three finalists for the Eurocasting show, which will be held on the 12th of January. Brequette, with her song ‘No enemy’ written by Barei, failed to make the cut.
There are still ten songs on the list to represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017. The 30 remaining acts have been narrowed down, including the Barei-written song ‘No Enemy’ for Brequette.
