SVT: ‘Eurovision should be broadcast at 8PM’

Organizing broadcaster SVT wants the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest shows to start at 8PM instead of the usual 9PM. Executive producer Martin Österdahl said this to Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter (DN).

Eurovision 2016 scheduled for 10, 12 and 14th of May

The preliminary dates for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 have been set during the Heads of Delegations meeting in Vienna. Host nation Austria has also drawn it’s starting spot for this year’s Grand Final. The Makemakers will perform as 14th.
