Although they are not certain that it will qualify with ease, professional gambler Daniel Gould and Australian journalist Michael Polh gave some compliments to Australia’s youngster Isaiah Firebrace in the first episode of our talkshow The ESC Daily Show, in Kiev.
Together with the gambler from Sofabet and the Australian radio reporter we took the first conclusions in the first semi final. And Australia is one of the acts that stands out so far. “He is still young, but he has a swift way to deal with everything,” Daniel Gould tells us. “He has a mature head on young shoulders.”
Belgium is a different story
How different that is for Blanche from Belgium, who is also 17, but is clearly feeling the pressure. We talkes about her, the Greek diaspora in Greece and the disturbed connection between the United Kingdom and Australia when it comes to Eurovision.
