After host broadcast NTU called out for volunteers to be available to help at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kiev, which we covered on ESCDaily.com, already 1500 volunteers applied in the first 24 hours!
In a statement on their website, NTU officials write: “During the first day for applications organizers received over 1,500 profiles of wanting to assist in the conduct of the international song contest.”

Executive Producer Victoria Romanova said: “We are impressed that we received so many applications already on the first day of the selection of volunteers. It is also nice that these volunteers are not only from Ukraine, but that we also have applications by citizens of other countries.”
