Now that we know the full running order of the Eurovision 2021 final, we will talk in-depth about who got a good starting position, and who did not. We do so in our talkshow with Eurovision superfan Gert Waterink.
“The bookmakers try to hard to figure out the result, but don’t always take the emotion in account,” says Waterink. “France offers this, and it stands out squeezed in between Lithuania, Ukraine and Azerbaijan. It’s a great draw for them.”
France currently is not the favourite of the bookmakers, that’s Italy. And they also got a great place coming on late in the show. “Many people see it as a televote contender, but I also think that the way they sell their act, the jury could also vore for them a lot.”
