Greece: “Demy and Stereo Soul take part in National Final”

According to journalist Gregory Melas, Greek broadcaster ERT has decided to let singer Demy and the group Stereo Soul take part in a national final, in which both cts will sing two songs that might represent Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kiev.

Last year Melas was the first journalist to report about Utopian Land, the song that failed to bring Greece a place in the final of the Eurovision Song Contest since the coming of the semi finals. So his scoop might be true again this year, even though Greece remains a tough nation to follow. Every year is filled with gossip and rumours that turn out to be untrue.

Stereo Soul is a duo made up of Bradley White-Dale from the United Kingdom and the Greek Panagiotis Pallis. They rose to fame after making it to the final of the X Factor Greece in 2016. Demy is the stage name of Dimitra Papadea, who has been making music since 2011 in the pop, R&B and dance genre and can be described as a diverse artist.

Do you already know these acts? And do you think they will do better at Eurovision than last years group Argo?
