It’s Gromee and Lukas Meijer for Poland

Poland will send Gromee & Lukas Meijer and the song “Light Me Up” to the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon. 

Gromee belongs to the Sony Music label in Poland. He has released singles since 2011. He has 18 singles and 1 studio album that have been released. 7 of his singles have charted, and his highest chart position was in 2016 when he placed top of the Polish charts with the song ‘Spirit’.
