Over twenty of the biggest Eurovision websites in the world, including Australian outlet ESCDaily, joined hands to host an alternative Eurovision Song Contest after the cancellation of the 2020 edition. The final of Eurostream 2020 was held on the 9th of May and has it’s winner: It’s Daði og Gagnamagnið with the song ‘Think About Things’ for Iceland.
Just like at the real contest the result was made up by 50% professional jury vote and 50% televote. The full list of jury members can be found here.
The Australian act for 2020 was Montaigne with the song ‘Don’t break me’. It finished in 21st place.
