The big favourite to win the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kiev is Italy. Today, Francesco Gabbani had his first rehearsal and press conference, in which he explained the success (thus far) of his song.
“It is a combination of a simple tune and a deep message behind it,” the Italian says in front of a crowd of journalists and fans with monkeys masks. Gabbani also used the opportunity to explain the deeper meaning of the act with the monkey.
