Krystian Ochman to Represent Poland, Lidia Kopania Fails to Impress

The Polish selection is complete, with the next Eurovision representative decided. Out of 10 acts, Krystian Ochman rose to the top with his song ‘River’.

‘Tu bije serce Europy! Wybieramy hity na Eurowizję’ featured a total of 10 acts, with the winner decided by a mix of jury and televoting.

Here are the competing acts:

  • Kuba Szmajkowski – “Lovesick”
  • Ania Byrcyn – “Dokąd” (Where)
  • Siostry Szlachta – “Drogowskazy” (Signposts)
  • Lidia Kopania – “Why does it hurt”
  • Karolina Stanisławczyk & Chica Toro – “Move”
  • Karolina Lizer – “Czysta woda” (Clean water)
  • Unmute – “Głośniej niż decybele” (Louder than decibels)
  • Emilia Dębska (Mila) – “All I need”
  • Krystian Ochman – “River”
  • Daria – “Paranoia”

The top three acts progressed to a Super Final, and the top three were as follows:

  • Unmute – “Głośniej niż decybele” (Louder than decibels)
  • Krystian Ochman – “River”
  • Daria – “Paranoia”

Krystian Ochman received 51% of the televote, and mixed with the jury votes, was crowned the winner of the selection.
