“Memoria” or “Voy a Quedarme” will be Blas Cantó’s Eurovision 2021 song

The titles of Blas Cantó‘s potential Eurovision 2021 songs are “Memoria” (Memory) and “Voy a Quedarme” (I’m going to stay). Both songs have been made available and online voting has begun this Wednesday night.

The broadcaster RTVE has already confirmed that international audiences can vote, as they want this to increase the potential international success. The date of the show where the decision will be announced is not yet set. You can listen to both songs here and cast your vote!

RTVE gave a statement on both songs. “‘Memoria’ is an uptempo track that seeks to make you sing and dance. Composed by Steve Daly, Oliver Som and Leroy Sánchez, the production includes lots of percussion and voices that play off each other in a powerful way. And ‘Voy a Quedarme’ offers something totally different. Once again, Leroy is the composer, but he is joined by Daniel Ortega (Dangelo) and Dan Hammond. Dangelo co-wrote the Blas hits “No Volveré” and “Complicado”. He also did “Universo”, which was produced by the very same Dan Hammond.”
