Moldova confirms participation

Moldova has announced that they will be present at the next Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen. National broadcaster TRM has just confirmed participation. Details about the selection process will follow in due time.

Moldova debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 in Kiev, where they reached their best finish in 6th place with Zdob Si Zdub’s Bunika Bate Toba! Moldova has not missed a single contest since their debut; however, the country has yet to win the contest. Last year in Malmo, Aliona Moon represented Moldova with her entry O mie, reaching an 11th place finish in the final.

Now we await news of participation from Poland, Solvenia, and Greece.
