Waylon will represent The Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon. Dutch website Nu.nl draws that conclusion based on a video posted on Twitter by host broadcaster AVROTROS.
Waylon was the male part of the duo Common Linnets, who gave The Netherlands a second place in Copenhagen in 2014. His face is not visible in the Dutch clip, but there a several hints in the video that suggest he has been chosen internally:

Waylon ‘s tattoos
The video has been filmed from the point of view of the singer, so his face does not show. But we can see Waylon’s signature tattoos, a clip of him as coach in The Voice of Holland, his icon hat and his dog Chevy.
Later on the day, AVROTROS confirmed the news officially. Ever since the broadcaster switched to internal selections in 2013, the Dutch Eurovision results have improved significantly.
