ORF starts search for Eurovision volunteers

Want to be part of the world’s greatest music event? You can! ORF, the Host Broadcaster of the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest has launched their search for volunteers for the event. An application form for becoming a volunteer at the event in Vienna has been opened today. You can find it on songcontest.orf.at.

The Executive Producer of the 2015 contest, Edgar Böhm: “It’s been nearly 50 years that the Eurovision Song Contest was held in Austria – this grand event is an incredible experience for our team, which will stay in our memories forever. To become a volunteer at the Eurovision Song Contest you need to be at least 18 years of age, speak German and English fluently, be able to attend the big casting on the 14th and 15th of March, and of course be available between the 4th and the 24th of May next year.”

Interested parties should apply online with a curriculum vitae and a cover letter, and then apply for a casting between the 2nd and the 15th of February next year. The castings will be held in all of the nine Austrian province studios, and the final casting on the 14th and 15th of March in Vienna.
