Sacha Jean-Baptiste will stage the 2017 Armenian song. She will help Artsvik in her goal to reach a good result at the Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev.
Artsvik told us this news during Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam. ESC Daily was present at the concert and we had a short interview with Artsvik about her road to Kiev and staging details for the song ‘Fly with me’. The interview is partially in Armenian, however everything is fully translated. Watch it below:
Four qualifiers in one year for Sacha Jean-Baptiste
Sacha Jean-Baptiste did the staging for Georgia in 2015 and for Georgia, Cyprus, Armenia and Lithuania in 2017. With all these entries, she reached the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest. Therefore it makes sense that the team from Armenia decided to work with her again.
Last year’s Cypriotic entry caused a lot of discussion with their staging, involving a projection of wolves that was not on stage. You can read more about that HERE.
