Måns Zelmerlöw needs to look for a new projection for the LED-walls in his act for ‘Heroes’ at the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna. Swedish broadcaster SVT has received a claim for a possible copyright infringement.
The official preview video for Zelmerlöw’s song has been removed from the YouTube channel and has been replaced by a ‘lyrics video’. The act on stage in Vienna will also be different from the winning one in Melodifestivalen.
It is not known who filed the charge of copyright infringement, but there is a big similarity with the puppet from the video “The Alchemy of Light” by A DandyPunk.
Måns Zelmerlöw has reacted calm on this news, saying: “The figure will get some new clothes. It will be spring when he needs to perform in Vienna, so he couldn’t use the same clothes as in February anyway.”
Måns song has not violated any regarding the stage show since it only sends the song in March.(music and lyric)
