The Roop has won Pabandom iš naujo!, the Lithuanian preselection for Eurovision 2020. The Roop will sing the winning song ‘On Fire’ at the contest in Rotterdam.
After three heats and two semi finals, Pabandom iš naujo! came to a conclusion on Saturday with the grand final. Eight artists and songs places themselves for the final in Vilnius, but only one could be the winner.
The Roop were the big televoting favourite throughout this season. In the final, they also got a massive support from the jury. The jury gave their top points and did not block The Roop, as some experts feared beforehand.
