Tonight: Melodi Grand Prix Final

Tonight sees the month-long Melodi Grand Prix competition come to a climax, as Norway will select its entry for the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest. After three semifinals, and a second chance contest, just eight acts remain- and only one of them will be on the plane to Düsseldorf in May. Hoping to be that act are:

01. Helene Bøksle – Vardlokk
02. Sie Gubba – Alt du vil ha
03. Babel fish – Depend on me
04. The Lucky Bullets – Fire Down Below
05. The BlackSheeps – Dance Tonight
06. Stella Mwangi – Haba Haba
07. Åste & Rikke – Not That Easy (Ah-Åh Ah-Åh)
08. Hanne Sørvaag – You’re Like a Melody
As usual, once all eight songs have been performed the public will vote four into a ‘Super final’. The winning entry will be selected by a combination of jury votes from the towns that hosted semifinals, and regional televoting from across Norway that will award each song the total number of votes they received. It all gets underway at 19:55 CET.
