Vienna 2015: ESC Daily’s plans for Eurovision 2015

This Monday, rehearsals will commence in Vienna, and the two weeks of the Eurovision Song Contest kick off. ESC Daily is live at the scene in the Wiener Stadthalle and in the city itself to report on everything that is happening. Check out our plans here!

We will be on site everyday, from early in the morning until late in the evening. And even though we are from Australia, all the other countries & news will be covered as well! We will however pay special attention to Guy Sebastian but also the Australian fans in the city! Every morning, around 07:00 CET, you can find a schedule of what will happen that day on this website.

Liveblog, Rehearsal Coverage
Over the years, ESC Daily has become known for its quick rehearsal coverage. This Eurovision, we will maintain this positive image. During the first rehearsal round, journalists are not allowed in the arena, but when there are videos available, you can find them at ESC Daily. And of course, when we are allowed to enter the arena for the second round of rehearsals, you can see each nation as soon as possible on this website.

In our Daily Liveblog, we will also cover all the other news from Vienna. What has been said during the press conferences, has an artist said something interesting in our various interviews, what is happening in the city? Anything that you should now, you’re sure to find it out in these blogs.

The ESC Daily Show
Our crown jewel will be prolonged for yet another season in Vienna. We will produce a talkshow with five episodes. It’s a in-depth content-based discussion program about Eurovision, in which all kinds of experts can express their opinions. Check out last year’s final episode here, where our experts said it was gonna be a tight battle between Austria and The Netherlands. How right they were…

Daily Coffee and The Eurovision Experience
Every morning we will slowly start the day with our podcast Daily Coffee. What has happened the day before and what will happen today? Enjoy your morning with our team, as you sip along with us.

Jill and Mihalis will present their v-log styled program about Eurovision behind the screens in a renewed season of The Eurovision Experience. The show is meant as an extra service for those readers who want to know what life is like behind the screens.

Songs in Rewind and What’s Another Minute
“Songs in Rewind” is the title of our rehearsal recap, published by the end of each day. Because some people had a busy day at work, and they just want a quick glimpse of the rehearsals of the day. We will provide you with that, every day when there have been general rehearsals. “What’s Another Minute” will bring you the most important news of the day in sixty seconds. For those who have little time, but large interest.

So as you can see, we have much in store for you. We’ll hope you’ll enjoy the Eurovision Song Contest as much as we do, and that you’ll stay tuned to escdaily.com!
